Delivery Information
We are proud to serve various neighborhoods across Abuja. Our goal is to bring fresh, organic goodness directly to your doorstep efficiently and reliably.
- Delivery Areas: We currently deliver to Maitama, Asokoro, Wuse II, Garki, Jabi, Gwarinpa, Lugbe, and Kubwa.
- Delivery Schedule:
- Weekdays: 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM
- Saturdays: 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM
- Sundays: 5:00 PM - 10:00 PM
- Delivery Fees: Fees are calculated based on your delivery zone and will be confirmed at checkout.
- Order Cut-Off: To ensure timely delivery, please place your order by 6:00 PM for next-day delivery. Orders placed after this time will be scheduled for the following day.
Payment Policy
For the security of your financial information and the safety of our staff, we do not process online payments directly on our website.
- Accepted Methods: We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) or Direct Bank Transfer made upon receipt of your order.
- Payment Confirmation: Full payment is required at the time of delivery or pickup before the order can be handed over. Our delivery personnel will provide bank details for transfers if needed.
Vendor & Staff Safety Protocol
The "No Entry" Rule
For the safety and security of all parties, our delivery staff are strictly prohibited from entering a customer's private residence, apartment building beyond the lobby, or any private property. Deliveries will be completed at a secure, mutually agreed-upon point, such as a front gate, building reception, or lobby.
- Communication is Key: Our staff will call you when they arrive at your location to coordinate a smooth and safe handover of your order. We kindly request that you be available to receive your delivery at the agreed-upon point.
- The "Trust Your Gut" Policy: We empower our staff to trust their instincts. If a delivery driver feels unsafe, threatened, or uncomfortable for any reason, they have the full right to refuse or retreat from the delivery. In such a rare event, the driver will leave the location immediately, and our support team will contact you to discuss the situation and arrange an alternative.
Order Cancellation & Adjustments
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can be canceled without penalty up to 12 hours before your scheduled delivery time.
